"I added a new vehicle to my policy in June. The way it was write up I was way over charged. It was over $500 more. The day I got the bill I called and was assured it would be fixed. I was told to pay amount that should be the correct bill amount. So I did. Less than a week later I received another bill for the remainder. When I called back. I was told to wait a couple of days that the change should go through and the bill go away. After a few days to avoid cancelation. I was told to pay the remainder and then when it would be fixed. I would be credited back. The next bill came due and still when I called I was told to pay that bill and my credit was still coming just not yet. Yet again another month went by and another bill came due. Once again I was assured again. That the credit was coming. So I paid it. Then the next month my bill went up. This time I called. Then I stopped by. This time I was told that I wasn't over charged. One of the ladies had passed it to the manager and she told me she showed it to Jerry himself and that I wasn't over billed. I paid that bill and went home to go through all the billing again. This was on a Friday. The following week I stopped in with the paper and the math done to prove that I was over charged. Then when I called to check on it. Within an hour I was told billing was contacted and I'll get my $500+ credit within 3 to 5 days. I changed insurance and went in to cancel and was told that I'd get a check for the overage/credit. Now it has been 3 weeks. Guess what? Nothing! Except that I got a cancel notice if I didn't pay another bill. Without a doubt they are crooks. I have the paperwork that shows it. I was played with. They stole my money. My money was used for part of that new pavement they just put in. DO NOT TAKE YOUR BUSINESS THERE. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR. STAY AWAY. I am sure this review will be spun in someway to get you to believe they are the victim. This is exactly what happened to me. I am only telling the truth. I had insurance with them for many years. Scams!"

"The women in this office are very rude. They are not helpful They dont even have the Dmv location fax numbers nor are they helpful enough to look it up for you if you are out of town . Will never use state farm again . There not a good neighbor and they screw you over if your car gets totalled . Worst insurance company around"

"Most friendly insurance company ive ever been with. Also when they say road side asstiance is there if you need it they mean it . most companys you can only use each asstiance a couple times in certain amount of timd not state farm we had tonuse road side asstiance at least 8 times in 2 weeks and everytime they was right there helping getting the job done with no problems. Thsnk yall so much ."

"Everyone in the office has gone above and beyond to help us with our policy. Trust me, anything that could go wrong has gone wrong and it has been taken care of. State Farm actually took over the claim on an accident where I was not at fault because the other insurance company was dragging their feet. We have several different policies with State Farm and will probably never switch! We've never had this type of personal service with Allstate or Nationwide! We have been treated like family from day one!"

"Most of the staff is rude and unfriendly. For whatever reason, they seem to be emotionally attached to whatever issue is at hand instead of being professional. Simply calling for details on your plan might result in being belittled, talked down to or treated unkindly in general. I hope that in the future the staff will be willing to recognize this and treat their patrons better. Thanks to online services I will hopefully never have to have any contact with anyone from this location again."

"I Have 2 cars insured by State Farm and I was in the wrong car with a freak accident of a water heater and they told me it was my problem while I was in the rain stranded on the inner state I hate State Farm and I'm switching as soon as I get off the side of the inner state"

"I bought a new car and added it to my policy. I also lowered my deuctibles on my second car and the woman quoted me at a monthly payment change of less than 15 dollars. I get my bill and it's more than $150 more and they say it's because they added me to a group that has higher rates and less incentives. No reason why, and didn't offer to help from there. So I was just going to be charged more than double my normal bill and they didn't even care to mention why."
